This policy covers digital items coordinated through Skeletonpphipis. Physical merchandise is not offered at this time; if that changes, this page will note packaging and carrier instructions separately.

Eligible products

Purchases consist of downloadable files described on the Items page. Files are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.

Right to review before printing

Because digital goods can be duplicated quickly, refunds focus on technical failure or duplicate charges rather than changes of mind after delivery.

Request window

Contact us within fourteen calendar days of purchase if a file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible. Include your order reference and the email address used during checkout.

Resolution paths

• We may re-send download links when delivery failed due to server issues.
• We may issue a refund of the purchase amount to the original payment method when re-delivery is not possible.
• Charge disputes filed with your bank without prior email contact may slow resolution.

Chargebacks

We respond to payment networks with evidence of delivery when applicable. Cooperative communication usually resolves issues faster than formal disputes.
